The purpose of this part of the CIRCLIST website

When Google deleted the Circlist Discussion Group from its servers in June 2010, a number of useful suggestions and comments relating to circumcison research were lost. To prevent a recurrence, you are invited to lodge a copy of your research proposals here. In short: "What needs further study - and why?"
