Auntie Flo
One of many oblique references to menstruation; a pun on the English word 'flow' and its similarity to the standard abbreviation of the name Florence.
Buttered Bun
A woman who, upon commencing sex with a particular man, is still aroused and lubricated as a result of another (by implication, recent) sexual encounter. Implies promiscuity.
Cherry
Female virginity, especially in the context of it being lost. (Example: "He plucked her cherry last night".)
Cunt
One of many derogatory names for the vulval cleft.
Devizes (as in "She must be from Devizes!")
Having breasts of unequal size. Derives from a limerick about a market town in the English county of Wiltshire:
There was a young girl from Devizes
Whose tits were of different sizes,
One was so small
It was nothing at all,
Whilst the other was big and won prizes!
Edging
Masturbation that deliberately stops just short of orgasm, done with the objective of prolonging sexual arousal.
Husband's Stitch
An additional suture, over and above what is needed to close an episiotomy or natural tear in the perineum sustained during childbirth. It is not unknown for women to request such an additional suture, inserted with the objective of narrowing the entrance to the vagina. It is done in the belief that it will enhance her partner's pleasure when sexual relations are resumed, supposedly compensating for the slackening of the vagina caused by a normal vaginal delivery. Considered by some to be a minor form of infibulation, it is now of dubious legality in states that have legislated against FGM.

Titties
The immature breasts of a pubescent girl; not totally flat-chested but not sufficiently developed to merit wearing a brassière.

Labiaplasty; in particular the reduction of inner labia that have become uncomfortably distended (whether due to being tugged during prolonged masturbation or otherwise).
Twat
Another derogatory name for the vulval cleft.
Winkie
English childhood slang for the vulval cleft of a sexually immature girl.
