Nutech Clamp

Bronstein, a Brooklyn Mohel (ritual circumcisor), invented the Nutech clamp. Made up of only 2 parts, a bell and a base device, it was a combination of the Gomco clamp and Al Akl's preputome. The instrument was large and difficult to use.
