While reading the circumcison messages, I found quite a bit in common and felt: hey, here is where I can finally open up and be understood!

It all started when I was about 4 or 5 and played "doctor" with the guy next door. His dick was different. He was slightly older and taller. He told me that when I would grow up, my head (glans) would become exposed like his.

My father later told me that he had had to undergo surgery in order to correct a problem and that I, on the other hand, was perfectly healthy. He, of course, omitted to say that circumcision was a big fad and was very popular. (not as "bad" as in the States but still quite present).

At that time, I remember when taking a bath and had to wash the head, it would hurt because it was so sensitive. I was always curious as to whether a guy was cut or not at school, but was never overly concerned or shy about the fact that I wasn't.

When I was 11, at the summer cottage, I asked the son of my parents' friends if he was cut or not. He said he wasn't cut and was ready to show his to me. He was 13 and MUCH taller than I was. To my great surprise, when he took his pants down, he was rock hard with bare head. I argued that he was cut but finally believed him. For me, when hard, the skin would remain over the head and not feel any need to retract. I knew I had to retract it regularly to wash and had no problem doing so. Little did I know that it was supposed to retract when hard! When that friend tried to retract it, I found out that it wouldn't retract at all! (well, just a bit). I was concerned about the fact that I was quite different from another uncut and especially because he had told me I might have to get cut if it didn't peel back. However, now that I knew about masturbation, erections had another meaning.

A few weeks later, I was reading a book at night, got a hard on and the strangest feeling... I looked, and low and behold, my skin was almost fully peeled, and I peeled it back manually completely for the first time. What a feeling that was... It was very loose already. I don't know how it got fixed so fast, but it did.

Nevertheless, I was always concerned about the fact that I had a very long skin that stayed over the head unless manually peeled and that all the other uncuts I had met had self peeling 4skins when hard.

I remember spending lots of time getting hand hard and watch how much the skin would peel on its own. I would tighten the muscle to make my dick harder to get the skin to peel a bit more. I had an obsession about having that skin peel back by itself.

In locker rooms, I was always aware of the fact I was uncut, and truly enjoyed seeing another uncut because I felt less of a minority. In showers, I would always enjoy it when uncuts were in majority (50.1% :-) and I would think: ahh, all you cut-guys, now's you time to feel in minority !. (Around here, I estimate cut rate to be 60%).

While soft, I wasn't too concerned about my long foreskin because it wasn't all that different from the other uncut guys, just longer.

I was however (and still am) fascinated by circumcision and foreskins. I would read up on it in the medical books etc etc. I also read in Forum about guys getting it done, and read about a few guys doing it themselves. That turned me on.

I tried to leave the skin peeled back in underwear, but it was too long for that. After having read so much about circumcision and having thoroughly examined my dick, I decided that it wouldn't be all that difficult to trim my foreskin just enough so that it would peel back on its own when hard.

I used the metal part of a light bulb (with all the glass removed) as the bell around which a copper wire (18) would strangulate the skin that was to be cut. I used some benzocaine. After about 15 minutes, the tip of foreskin was purple and numb. Then, I used some liquid freon from dust cleaning cans to freeze the stuff completely. With surgical scissors, I then proceeded to cut. That was really weird to do. I only removed about half an inch, making sure that none of the frenulum would be removed. The hardest part was the last snip where I was next to an already cut part that had gotten quite sensitive.

Once the cut was done, I slowly untwisted the copper wire so that it would gradually be less tight around the skin. There was some bleeding, but not all that much. After a while, I removed the bulb socket and saw something strange: My head was partially exposed and soft with no overhang. For all the redness, it looked sexy. The next step was to peel the skin back fully. That wasn't so difficult, I just wanted to make sure that I would peel both layers at the same time so that I wouldn't see under the layers. Once peeled back, I tried some stitches and managed about 5 but it was painful. I ended up using crazy glue and gauze around the cut. The glue kept the gauze firmly attached to both sides of the cut and the gauze covered the cut.

There was quite a bit of swelling for a day or two. The skin had no problem staying peeled back and that felt really strange. I kept the gauze on for about 5 days. (Changing it a few times a day as the glue would peel off.) After 5 days, the swelling had gone away totally, and the cut line was clean and getting smoother by the day. On the 5th day, I stroked the head and came. Didn't risk moving the skin. Erections were not a problem because the skin didn't get very tight. It sure felt strange to have the skin smooth over the shaft though.

On the 10th day, the scar had healed enough and I jerked by moving the skin.( although not forcefully :-) That was quite a revelation. I found myself having to put the emphasis on pulling the skin up over the head as opposed to before when it was put pulling the skin down.

I still remember the first time I saw myself soft in mirror with a cut dick on my body. Needless to say, I got hard right away and stayed hard at the sight of a cut line. I felt really strange since I didn't want to be circumcised but I definitely had a cut cock on my body. (goal of op was to be uncut with shorter foreskin).

Of course, I had the problems of the bare head against underwear etc with tons of erections. I decided to leave it bare for a while to make sure it would heal properly. This lasted about 4 months. At first, it was great. A brand new toy on my body, with different feelings and sensations. As time went, I looked more and more cut. I still remember one morning looking at my soft cock in mirror after the shower with no skin touching the rim of head, I pulled the skin over head and it peeled back completely on its own. That really made me feel cut. I guess the saying "use it or loose it" is really true here. It was shrinking. It was to a point that when hard with balls tight, I would feel the skin being tight on shaft. That was a great new sensation. When stroking, less and less of the head was getting covered on the upstroke to a point where I sometimes jerked off without skin going over head. When I started to jerk off like a cut guy by rubbing shaft and head, I realized how much less sensitive it was (and better... it had been painfully sensitive before) and that I had gotten used to having it bare in underwear. Again, it was still weird to see a cut cock with a cut line on my body, with skin tight when hard. The dick also looked shorted because the balls didn't stay down as much as they used to.  It's funny, I really just wanted a little taken off the top... I thought I would still be classified as "uncut".  But, as you can tell, I ended up with a pretty tight self-circ.

A Boy Performs His Own Freehand Circ

I had since I can remember been interested in circumcision. I was the oldest and for what ever reasons I was not circ'd. My four younger brothers on the other hand had been, so naturally I was curious. I had never really gotten a satisfactory answer as to why, though now I think it might have been because I was a premie by almost two months.

At any rate, at the age of 12 I started kidney dialysis (perhaps the bad kidneys were also part of the premie thing) ... I started in the spring of 1977. Back then we were taught to do alot of the setting up ourselves. One of the things the patients did was to draw up our own pre-meds such as heprin and xylocaine (a numbing ointment). After almost two years on the machine I suddenly came up with the idea that I might in fact be able to circ myself..... a pair of scissors and a syringe with xylocaine should to the trick I thought. So, one day, I snitched a vile of xylocaine, and a 10cc syringe + a 25(I think) gauge needle. That night when I went to bed I did it.

First, while lying on the bed I administer the xylocaine into my foreskin at about three points near the tip. I then pulled the skin up and pressed the scissors closed just a little to see that it was numb. It was. So, taking a deep breath I closed the scissors and cut through.... That is to say, almost all the way through. I had missed an area of the skin and it was far from numb. So, I stopped, and because there was alot of blood I took a wash-cloth (that I also had taken to bed figuring there might be bleeding ("Duh!" says the older Jim.) and pressed hard around my cock. I held it about fifteen minutes, but the bleeding was not quite clotted up, so I held another fifteen. Needless to say I was getting very worried. What would I tell my parents as they were driving me to the hospital? What would I tell my doctor?

After the next fifteen minutes I finally got up the courage to check again. Thankfully this time it was clear that the bleeding had ceased.

The next morning when I woke up I knew I'd better think of a really good reason for all the blood on the sheets ("I'm having my period" would not have flown well with my folks.) So, I told them that the vein (called a fistula) that is used for dialysis must have popped one of the sites (the place where the needles go). This was a very believable reason because the needles that are actually used are 15gauge (i.e.: really quite large) and because of this sometimes the sites don't clot.

My parents felt bad for me, as it looked as if I'd lost a ton of blood. I went to dialysis the next day and got a transfusion while on the machine. For whatever reason, the doc never bother to fully examine me (fact is he still has never given a full examine over twenty years later...).

I still had one problem though. The foreskin had not been fully removed. Thus, my foreskin (all of it) was hanging off to one side. Not really unsightly, but VERY odd.

I knew I need to finish the job. so two weeks later, I took the last of the xylocaine and (gulp) reused the syringe and needle, and went through the process again. This time however there was not nearly the amount of blood and I was ready for it if there was. It came off pretty easy in one snip.

So, that IS the true history of how I became circ'd. Once it healed up I must say I had not done a bad job at all. A pretty straight cut, though there is a rather large scar ring due the way it healed. But, I must say, that after about ten years I'd come to the realization that along with being a REALLY dumb thing to do, I also had not really given myself a really true circ. By that I mean, I'd describe the way I'm circ'd as semi-cut, in that I still have enough to cover most of the glans when soft.

So, was the method I used good..... basically yes. It got me through high school not feeling embarrassed to shower in the locker room without being made fun of (which did happen to me in junior high.) And, heck, it's better than nothing (or something :-) as the case maybe.) !

So, now at the age of 33 I am beginning to get the itch to get the job finished up right, and I think I may take care of it in the next few months....

"Partial Clip" Gets A Frenulum Snip

Was on CU-seeme, someone commented on how it was visible that my frenulum was pulling down my head. I kew that when I pulled skin down tight, the frenulum would tug down on the head, but had been unaware that in normal erect state, someone would notice any bending of the head.

Needless to say, I took that comment seriously and this afternoon, proceeded to fix this. I did not really want to loose the frenulum, just detach it from the rim of the head.

Used benzocaine based spray (solarcaine sunburn relief), rubbing all cock with it and waiting a few minutes.

Used a nail clipper to "pinch" the frenulum where it meets the glans (including a small ridge which continued halfway to the piss hole on the head itself). Sprayed the nail clipper and area and then slowly increased the pressure. There a small pain almost right away, but surprisingly, it went away very quickly as I continued to increase the pressure. Pain lasted a couple of seconds. Past that threshhold, I was immediately able to apply maximum pressure to the nail clipper. But it did not cut the skin. I used VISE GRIP locking pliers to then lock the nailclipoper, freeing a hand. The nailclipper was anchored solidly to the skin and was able to sustain the added weight of the vise grip without tearing skin. I then used a sharp blade to cut the skin by slicing directly against the "teeth" of the nail clipper. Again, there was no pain and very little blood. I was pleasantly surprised. I had to repeat this step 3 times to remove parts of the frenulum which pulled down on head. The last one (the deepest I guess) did produce a short lived and manageable flow of blood. I was hard all the time (and this helps greatly, especially since frenulum was stretched and it helps find out where to cut.)

After each of the snips, I would test the skin to see if head was still tugging down.

After the third snip, I concluded it was enough. There was already a bit of swelling, but nothing bad.

Interestingly, it opened a fairly wide scar on the face of the glans. Not sure if it is because I cut too deep and the scar opened up, or just because, being hard, the scar expanded.

As in my previous circs, I used Krazy Glew (thats instant superglue) to bring the parts together. ( you pinch them, and while pinched, you carefully drop a tiny bit onto the pinched portion. (goal is that glew does not go to the actual wound but keeps the nearby skin very close so that edges will fuse.

I also pinched the opened frenulum on the shaft.

Right away, it made for a very nice look and I could see an instant improvement. Perhaps it is my imagination, but in underwear, with dick upwards, the head seemed more prominent.

The head doesn’t bends down anymore, but it does move down a a tiny bit. I am hoping that once it is all healed and frenulum back to normal size (unswollen), this won’t even show up.

The glans no longer looks split in the middle, it looks round. I do have a dark line (scar) halfway up the slit. I guess that before, the tight frenulum would increase the appearance of the split by pulling the surface of the head at the split towards surface of shaft.

I am amazed at the change in look. It is wild.

I have also realise why so many uncuts end up with a bare head after removal of foreskin: if you "dig deep" when you remove frenulum, you end up removing inner foreskin and when you join the edges together at the end, you end up with an inner foreskin with a smaller circumference and it may no longer be wide enough to go over the head, hence, your skin doesn’t go back over head and will shrink over time to become permanently cut.

I’ll see how quickly it heals. At this rate, I suspect a couple of days is all it will take.

Self-Gomco Re-Circ

I recently met an individual that had a interesting conversation piece on his desk. It was a full sized GOMCO circumcision clamp. I inquired as to where he had found such an item and he related that he had worked in a prison system a few years back and had come across this device while cleaning out a store room. The condition of the clamp showed that it had been in use for several years. The bell portion had a circular mark etched into the chrome where the scalpels had cut into the metal while making that permanent cut into hundreds of foreskins. The base plate was stamped 22 mm which indicated the size of the bell. According to the latest literature from GOMCO Co. that would relate to a youth size (1 3/16"). The Adult models start 2.6 cm (1") and increase by 1/8th inches up to 3.5 cm (1 3/8").

The situation that I was in allowed me to borrow the clamp for a short time and I returned to my residence room to experiment with this devise. I was not circumcised for the first 23 years of my life and opted to have my foreskin cut off permanently 27 years ago. The results have been wonderful except that I wasn't cut tight enough initially and with years of use the skin has stretched somewhat and allows some movement of the remaining skin even when erect. Due to the small size of the clamp I could only get the first half inch of my glans into the bell. I managed to pull what skin I have left up over the bell to a point where the bell was covered with skin up to the top. I put the base plate over the foreskin with the bell protruding out of the top side. Carefully I assembled the support arm and started the nut on the threads. Now I had the GOMCO clamp installed on my penis. I've always wanted to have my circumcision tighter, skin tight as they say. I just have never found a urologist that thought that my remaining foreskin needed removing. When I'm soft the skin just touches the corona and the entire corona is permanently exposed. I found that tightening the nut on the arm would pull the bell up into the base plate and put a squeeze on my foreskin. As I tightened the nut there was some pain but in a few seconds the pain would subside and I could tighten it some more. I experimented with the clamp in this position for several minutes. The bell was still completely covered with foreskin and the base was digging into the skin at the bottom of the base. Fifteen minutes later I removed the device and was amazed at where the lines in my foreskin were. The first mark was about one half inch from the corona, which left about a quarter of an inch of the remaining mucus membrane, which would have been removed if I left the clamp on. The second mark was almost at the base of my penis. The way that I had put the clamp on, if I would have continued I would have remove at least two and half inches of my remaining skin and left me circumcised too tight. I put the clamp back on this time before I tightened the nut down I pulled almost all of the skin down below the base plate. All that remained above the plate was three eighths of an inch of my remaining foreskin. Now when I tighten the nut down the arm pulled the bell up against the base plate and started to squeeze my skin. As before when I would turn the nut about a quarter turn the pain would tell me to stop. In just a few seconds the pain would start to subside and would almost disappear in a minute. As I kept applying pressure to the nut to pull the bell up tighter into the base, the skin that was above the clamp was being crushed together. I had almost no feeling in the skin that was exposed above the base plate. That pain that I was feeling when I tighten the nut was very hard to describe. It was erotic in a sense as the more pressure I put on the clamp the more I wanted to feel the pain. the more I wanted to feel the pain the tighter I turned the nut. Since I have experimented with other methods of circumcising myself, Plastibell type devices, I have found that with what little skin I have left getting the skin in the perfect position is extremely difficult. To have the two edges of skin meet in a perfect circle around my penis is next to impossible due to the stretching of the skin when applying the clamps. Also I was not at my home and felt that this was not the circumstances that I wanted to be in when I circumcised myself. I left the clamp in place about fifteen minutes when I decided that I would remove the clamp and see what the results were like. Much to my surprise a little part of my foreskin was stuck together, the marks left by the clamp showed that I had placed the clamp well, as the first line was almost on my first incision and the second line was below the incision about a half inch. In my various attempts, I have determined that I would want exactly seven eighths of a inch of skin removed below the original incision line. The clamp left a very fine line where the base plate contacted the skin, the inner bell left a much larger line on the skin but not as defined. I had applied so much pressure to the clamp that the skin surface was broken in just one very little area.

My experiment with the GOMCO clamp was very positive. I learned that with a little time one could circumcise without the aid of anesthetic. The pain that I experienced in applying the clamp was minimal, If the clamp was in place for four to six hours I think that the pain of the actual cutting would not be felt and the two skin edges would be permanently crushed together. A snug bandage would keep the edges together till healing started. A penis with a very tight foreskin would not lend itself to this type of circumcision, as it would be extremely difficult to get the skin up over the bell without a dorsal slit.

This was a extremely thought provoking experience, which I would like to share with you. Very few get a chance to have a GOMCO clamp at their disposal, and see what it would feel like to have it applied. Most have already had it applied but do not recall the feelings and only see the perfect results of what the GOMCO clamp has achieved with their perfect circumcisions. The perfect results should show a completely circular incision where the clamp was applied with very little scaring where the skin edges join. With the GOMCO clamp the first incision would be placed fairly close to the corona as the skin is pulled over the bell and if the bell covers the complete glans. This first line should remain relatively constant with all circumcisions, the amount of skin removed is determined by the amount of skin brought up over the bell and cut off. The more skin brought up on the bell the more that is initially removed. If less skin is pulled up on the clamp the circumcision results in more loose skin left on the shaft. The end results will vary considerably.

Freehand Circ at 19 Brings Him Closer to His Cut Brothers

My dad was completely against cutting. He was uncut born in 1928. My older 3 brothers and me were not cut at birth. I spent my childhood feeling deformed and what not. I would be very liberal about showing my dick off to my neighborhood friends with the skin pulled back so that they would see my fake "circ'd" dick. I trained my skin to stay back and never got found out. However I was totally unhappy having foreskin.

I also got into drugs in late high school early college. So while tripping on LSD I realized I was in control of my own circumcision. I was too embarrassed to even imagine letting a doctor know I wasn't done at birth. So I crafted this idea. Actually while masturbating one night I pierced my frenulum. It hurt but not so terribly bad. So then I decided to circ myself. I crafted a plan. I knew I'd end up in a hospital if I did it all at once so I decided to do it over 3 sessions.

I got and sterilized a razor blade and a big bowl of ice. First session I sliced down my frenulum. Ice worked great for pain but it bleeds alot. After that healed like a month later, I decided to take off half of the skin. So ice cubes and razor blade again. I sliced down the front side of my skin. Then I turned and went in a semi circle around to the back. It sounds easy but it was hellish. It took me like 3 hours to do it. It bled like mad. So I decided to save the last cutting for ritualistic pleasure. I would do it like a day or so after my birthday so as to bond with my routine infant circ'd younger brothers. Same method and same action to remove the other semi circle of skin and it was all over. I was proud of myself. I saw it like When God required Abraham to cut himself I had done something spiritually enriching. World wide ritual circumcisers would be proud. So anyway, I LOVE being circumcised.

I love circumcised dicks. Scars are so sexy. Only issue is that I want it tighter. Any help or direction you can give as far as getting that handled in the San Diego area specifically by a Mohel. I am fascinated with Judaisim. It would bring me closer to that religion.

Using Superglue On Your Home Circ

Superglue lasts a day or two. After that, it tends to fall off because of movement/rubbing. I guess it could last longer if you were naked all day.

For the frenulum it might last longer since in underwear with dick down, it won’t rub against underwear.

Does it retard the healing?  It depends on the wound. For a long scar (such as circumcision scar), if you "seal" the whole scar, it will retard it since it won’t allow the scar to dry off. But initially, it is very easy. Once bleeding has been reduced, you can seal off the wound. And when the glue falls off (it turns into a hard film once dry), you can then apply just very tiny drops at regular intervals to simulate stitches.

What is important to remember is that you have to strive to prevent the glue from being between the two edges you want to fuse together. (eg: try to get glue to stay on surface only). If you pinch the skin together strongly, this tends to acheive this.

Don’t use the actual glue "bottle", instead, use a needle or other very narrow stick to drop a small amount from bottle and then use the needle to apply to the skin, and less amounts.  In my experience, it takes longer to heal and is perhaps more hassle, but it is easier to do. As far as my frenulum is concerned, I expect it will heal quickly.
