A circumcised penis feels much better for women during sex because the loose foreskin does not smooth out the glans (head) and corona (rim) of the penis; many women indicate they can feel the difference. The stimulation to both the man and women comes directly from the rubbing of the flared glans. In an uncircumcised man, he receives pleasure from pumping back and forth inside his own foreskin. This reduces pleasure to both partners.
