Jamaica
I have known 3 native-born men from Jamaica. One told me that his parents took him to the hospital at age 8 years to be circumcised. He was very proud of it. He was very pro-circ. I saw him and his enormous black cock was completely foreskin free. A second man told me "I was born in a hospital so I am circumcised. I am proud of it. The other way is too dirty to contemplate". In Toronto I met a third man born in Jamaica. He was not circumcised and had the custom of keeping his foreskin retracted but he was planning to get it circumcised in the near future because he was ashamed of it. My conclusion is that circumcision is very common in Jamaica and highly valued and esteemed. Perhaps it is also a status symbol.
Haiti
I have known 2 men born in Haiti. The first was in university with me in Canada. He told me that he was going into hospital during the Christmas vacations. But he was too shy to tell me why. After the vacations he told me he had been circumcised. He said he had been having problems prior to circumcision. So I guess he had a tight foreskin or phimosis. The second man I knew was living in NYC. He wanted to get married to a white girl and she demanded circumcision prior to marriage. He was willing and making preparations for getting circumcised. So it is true that both of these men born in Haiti entered marriage circumcised, but they had both begun their sexual exploits saddled with a foreskin. As both of them came from reasonably good backgrounds I suspect that Haiti is probably a foreskin-ridden place.
Cuba
I think I have spoken to about 4 native born Cubans. All were uncut and had not heard of circumcision being done in Cuba. So I conclude it is not frequent there.
